The "life" of "Toruk" begins long before the bottling process. Autumn wheat is very sensitive and vulnerable, it requires special care and cultivation. Unlike other types of wheat, the surface is made up to 12 cm deep instead of the usual 8. Seeds must be selected, healthy and of high quality, without additives, not infected with diseases, and have high germination energy. In the spring, the field is cultivated. After 25 days, the soil is loosened and prepared for sowing, which is done in the highlands after September 15. The field is irrigated only 3-4 times, in order to preserve the taste of the grain. The field is fertilized in a row, and feeding is done during the growing season of the crop to give additional stimulation. The yield of autumn wheat is higher than that of spring wheat, which is stable due to its biological features. Thus, soft, dry, white and red selected autumn wheat is harvested. After combining them, the raw material is obtained, which is transformed into the vodka with a unique taste, as a result of "resting" for 20-25 days after multiple distillation and bottling. This is how high-class vodka is produced by professionals and experts in their field. The whole process is carried out under scrupulous and thorough control not omitting even the smallest details so that the quality of the product remains at its height. Why limestone?

We filter water using limestone. Firstly lime purifies water from iron, secondly enriches it with magnesium and calcium. This combination has a wonderful effect on the distillation process. The presence of clean, fresh water here is as important as vodka itself.

Why do we use autumn wheat?

Our long experience has shown that the quality of vodka directly depends on the quality and type of wheat, as it is the wheat that enriches the drink, and makes it delicate and velvety. We are using red and white autumn wheat of dry and soft varieties. The yield and durability of autumn wheat varieties are higher than those of spring ones, which is due to biological characteristics. Thus, we combine white and red autumn wheat of soft and dry varieties and have such raw material, from which we get excellent vodka with a unique taste, as a result of "resting" for 20-25 days after multiple distillation and bottling. This is exactly how high-class vodka is produced by professionals and experts in their field. Why do we use multiple distillations? What does it give?
